About GST

Welcome to Gay Sporting Tilburg

Since 1997, Gay Sporting Tilburg has stood for sport, openness and connection. With more than 120 active members, GST is an inclusive LGBTQIA+ sports club for Tilburg and the surrounding area.

We offer a safe and open environment where diversity is embraced and where exercise goes hand in hand with friendship and social connection.

Our history

GST was founded in the run-up to the 1998 Gay Games in Amsterdam. What started as one volleyball team soon developed into a fully-fledged sports club with several sports groups.

What we stand for

Everyone is welcome, regardless of background, identity, experience or sporting level. Sport is central, but the friendships and social activities are just as important.
